because of notority I sometimes get these possibly mentally ill poor dudes screaming shit at me while a few people watch on and I just try to ignore them

they speak in a dialect, speak extremely fast and just say shit in unconnected and incomplete sentences and they just don't stop talking shit and moving their head weirdly

bonus is I never understand them because my brain seems incapable to process fast spoken white trash dialects
