you would probably need to extract the U/L 1st premolars (literally remove otherwise healthy teeth) and then attach the braces and band them so they rejoin in a quasi-normal smile

that girl's gonna be down 4 teeth for the rest of her life

I've always wondered this, do teeth feel better (hurt less) after braces? my teeth hurt in places where they are pushed around and malformed and I've always wondered about it

your teeth are always moving

the idea of braces (or any kind of corrective procedure) is to make them stop moving into each other, so in theory if the reason your teeth hurt is because they push up against each other, yeah, braces would make them hurt less.
