I don't have that problem. Since I'm right handed but fap lefty everything balances out.

back in highschool I thought being /fit/ would make a difference.
even long after that my right arm retained enough to be noticeable compared to the left arm which now is a cripple arm

Fuck, I have this same problem as well. It's not too bad but it's enough to be noticeable.

If you want to go for aesthetics then balance it out with dumbbells just makes sure you do weights properly so you don't hurt your shoulder

I also broke my left arm once in highschool and kept it in a splint for 6 weeks. That really fucked up my (already minute) muscle growth.
Worst is when a girl squeezes my arm (happened to me twice now) and then squeezes the other one and notices the difference. You can't see it unless you look closely, but you can definitely feel it. Both times they got weirded out and make some awkward joke and I have to explain that it's from playing music and I don't think either one believed me.
