Really don't understand the appeal of Twitch. Surely if you wanted to watch gameplay and stuff you would watch it on Youtube because that has all the boring bits cut out.

Also on the big channels you get no interaction with the streamer because the chat moves too fast.

what is there to understand? if you go out in public it's generally a great idea to have a phone - GPS, locators for everything, communications and notifications for everything.
