How do you start making friends after isolating yourself for

I have a hard time enjoying anything on my own anymore so I'm not sure what I'd want to do with friends.

dunno. thinking of going to AA meetings just to talk other people.

Death can be your friend, fryend. you see OP, you can get hobbies where Death is the main attraction [ok not really, just that rush feeling]. Look for and try some extreme sports

I don't think it's possible. After so long, they've all come to expect certain kinds of interaction that you probably can't engage in. Your best bet is to make friends with people like you, I suppose.
