Fuck my bf does this and he has those little sores in his lip but he never does it so hard his lip swells.
He does it most when he playing vidya hardcore or reading somthing for a while but it's almost constant

Holy shit I was doing that as I read this thread. I have major anxiety issues to I always do it when I get anxious, so I grew the habit of doing it when I am not.

Alwasy ground my teeth or bit down hard on the inside of my mouth. Always had sores, but i'd bite them to and in a couple days they'd go away. Funny thing is, though I used to heal live Wolverine it's now a super slow process and I don't have any teeth. Take care of em my boy.

Doesn't matter how much of a conscious effort I put in to stop, I just keep fucking doing it. Not to the extent that my lips bleed, just til they feel smooth. Still fucking annoying though.
