I used to be 140lbs a couple years ago. Not super skelly but pretty skelly. Now I'm 180 and getting /fit/. The trick is to eat,eat, and then eat some more. Wash it all down with tonnes of milk. That's the only fucking way, there is no magic trick. Hit the gym while you're at it too.

Meme seriously and ate more, the problem with that is that I wasn't gaining weight any where else other then my arms, and with no willingness to go to the gym and chuck weights in the air I had to do some sort of strength exercises to help myself out. I decided the most simple yet effective method of working out would be to do pushups, so I try to 100 a day or even more doing 20 at a time then taking a break, after a few weeks immediately I noticed I was looking a lot more fuller and my age (bigger chest, bigger shoulders, more confident walk).
All in all summed up for robots like us the best bet would to be to try and eat more as much as possible, even when you aren't completely hungry try your best to shove something into your mouth, once you can get that routine going start incorporating pushups into your routine, the best part is you can do them at home in your own privacy, whenever you feel like you have 30 seconds free just drop and do 15-20, increase the reps after a month or so.
I'm now 20 and 160 lbs. Still somewhat skelly but definitely look a lot more fuller and like an adult then I did before.
