SR2 was the only objectively good saints row. Just wacky enough to be funny while keeping the gta clone feel that worked for me. Everything after 2 just went too deep into absurdist territory

You're missing the entire point.
The point is that SR1/2 established an entirely different tone to the game to it's fan's and then completely changed that in 3/4

Isn't this a notoriously terrible port? Did GOG fix that? Will modern computers override how terrible of a port it is? I remember buying this on PC 6 or 7 years ago and I had to quit the game before I escaped the prison since it didn't run right at all.

SR2 is the best SR game, not great, but an alright game. Acaz is cancer.

It's 2017. If this game was ever good it is certainly no better than GTA Online. (gotta suck Rockstar's dick over how well optimized it is)
