as a kid i was very normal but as i grew up i developed schizophrenia that came on slowly after i got fired from my one and only job i ever had (at 19-20 i worked as a warehouse clerk for a small internet company)

I have a wife, a daughter, a job, management experience, and going to uni for a STEM full time for free (at least the first 2 years, possibly more if my FAFSA goes through).

Even with all of that I am jealous of NEETs. I would love to play video games all day. Instead I have to do other shit. I love gaming but I've gotten about 2 hours of gaming in since the New Year. I miss it because I miss my friends on the games.

Trust me, the grass really is always greener.

Since I have no job, I have no money. Meaning I have no phone, so going out with friends or even keeping in contact with them is impossible.
I have no money for videogames, so I can't play anything with them anyways.
And I never leave the house, so I don't actually have any friends in the first place.

Being a NEET when you don't get paid by the government fucking sucks. I have tons of shit that I'd love to do, and all the time in the world to do it, but absolutely no money to do any of it.
I can't even afford to kill myself. Being a NEET is absolute suffering.
