My emotional range is numb to horribly depressed. Neither feel good. Numb is nice at first but it's so tiring feeling nothing. Long stretches of numb hurt the mind more than the crushing depression loneliness and anxiety.

It's really not, OP. When you're an emotional void for a long period of time you start to wonder what's the point of it all and mundane things like showering or getting up from bed start to seem like a unsurmountable chores.

I only feel anger and sadness now.
I don't recommend it. 2/10
