Well you should tip a delivery guy, but not as much as a waiter. Like 5-10 percent imo is acceptable for a delivery man as opposed to a flat 15% for a waiter. Keep in mind he has to pay for gas along with keeping his car job ready. That being said he didn't provide any major service such as refilling my drink or checking on my food, but he provided A service.
