Write an edgy poem or something about the Chads and Stacies. Throw in some questionable content like murderous or suicidal thoughts and stuff like that, basically ramp it up to 11 and then just leave it laying around somewhere. Hopefully someone'll see it and report it and you just have to sit back and wait. Just don't be a moron and make sure they can't trace it back to you.

I don't think this is illegal or anything you could get in serious trouble for, but if it is, I'm just gonna cover my bases and say don't actually do it.
