I started going to kendo with a normie friend who kind of pities my miserable life so he tries to get me out of the fucking home that is depression.
Also I guess that means I have someone that cares if I kill myself or not. I am pretty fucking shit at kendo cannot do the most basic cut -men- right but I love practising.

All the shit that was holding me back or holding me down is behind me now

nothing really at the moment, jack of all trades and all that. I am focusing on re-leaning to play the piano and other instruments, as well as music theory & production.

Music, like I said, even if I'm not very good at it at the moment.
I also riding my bike around as exercise and leisure. I love going down familiar path or going down unknown roads. I'm glad it's biking season again.

I've changed from being a hiki for two years straight to going for a walk in the park every two weeks recently. Also I think a bed sore I was developing healed on its own real dodged a bullet there.
