Asperger's tends to be social unawarnesss and inability to relate to most people.

Asocialness (antisocial actually means refusal to obey social rules like laws and moral conduct), depression, and anxiety are very common symptoms to virtually every mental disorder you care to list. AvPD, clinical depression, general anxiety disorder, etc. to name a few.
