At 7 every morning, the damn mexican work crew doing a multi-month project starts jackhammering outside my window.

By 7:30, someone has called the cops, and they show up and explain that they aren't allowed to make that much noise until 9:00.

The work crew gets confused, and assumes the cop told them to not jackhammer at all, so that part of the project gets left undone.

The next morning, a different work crew goes through the exact same things. Over and over; it's been going on for weeks.

I hate my current apartment, EVERY single morning there is some bullshit noise that wakes me up, either somebody's shitty chihuahua, a lawnmower, construction work on the building, gun shots from the gun range close-by, car alarms, or even nigger blasting their music.
