Why can't people be as intelligent as me?

Are you too able to guess what people will say with almost certainty?
Most of the time, if X or Y event happens, I can guess almost word for word what their response will be, and even in arguments i'm never surprised with what they say.
It's not even people I know a lot: after 1 month of occasional discussions, I can do it with almost 100% success rate. Is it actually very common or not?

It's not about IQ or anything , it's about the way you perceive things. If they are like me, where are they? Could they be hiding as normal people? Because that would make them different.
