What do you talk to yourself about?
I debate myself in a political discussion, talking to myself as many different political leaders.

When thoughts start to overflow I start asking myself questions about whatever is troubling me and I answer back with truths and we'll thought out answers

Everything that's on my mind. I do it literally for hours (spaced out of course) a day.
I even go so far as to create and act out autistic power fantasies with myself.
I occasionally voice out my thoughts without realizing.
Sometimes when I see a girl and I'm thinking "I sooooo want to fuck you" and she gives me a weird look, I have to stop for a second and try to remember if I said it out loud.
I do it often. Really, if I've been by myself for a while I just do it out of nowhere and I continue. I also do it while listening to a podcast.
