Walking outside for 10 minutes hurts like fuck. My shins feeling like their breaking apart.
But walking indoors, at work, for 10 hours straight and I'm completely fine.

Manual walking is the greatest curse. It's more the autist walk than the virgin walk, anyway.

this is basically all caused by poor posture, which actually in turn leads to lower test and low confidence, it's a feedback loop. Research posture and try to fix it, that's what I'm doing. The musculoskeletal system is so complicated, but I'm getting there.
