Science has not progressed far enough to do so yet. Or else we'd have had portals open to the Digiworld and Equestria long ago and heard about it on the news.

I feel like the only way is going to be some kind of technology that puts you into a coma for the rest of your life but makes another "world" in your mind that you both fully believe is real and not remember anything of your former life.

Also, dreams only go by what you've actually known and seen, so if you're a virgin you won't get the actual "feel" of sex even if you're having sex in a dream.
