it depends whats the job youre applying for ... just think of the questions they might ask you, prepare yourself in that regard. they will ask the most obvious questions that even you think why the fuck is this a question. so be prepared for anything

dress alright, dont wear perfume (or maximum something very inoffensive), handshake must be firm but not crushing (so many people dont know how to give a proper handshake, even the people who interviewed me gave me an extremely sloppy handshake)

also if you have trouble with vocal cords like me (i rarely talk) work them up before the interview, hype yourself up

Masters degree in an unrelated field, 5 years work experience in the field, 5 references, no criminal record (no parking or speeding tickets either), and a spotless job history. Then you qualify for an interview

Try getting a job at a local business first. Corporate jobs suck.
My first job was cutting lettuce for a middle aged Palestinian man's restaurant
Use some teachers as references, maybe put down some school training, and always put down many personal skills (cleaning, dusting, etc.)
