It's good for keeping your acne manageable, but it won't eliminate it.

Cold water, a washcloth, and cetaphil

The washcloth does wonders DESU senpai, wish I had known in highschool.

I used it for awhile, barely worked, ultimately was just a waste of money, i ended up going to a dermatologist who put me on tetracycline, deriva gel and dermavive soap, (all prescription)

if your acne is severe, change ur diet to less sugar and dairy, take colder showers, get a simple skincare routine and see if u can be prescribed an antibiotic

Buy retinoids or take accutane. Any of those will destroy your acne quickly.
