i live in The Netherlands so it's not really a big difference if you say 182cm or 183cm, that 1cm is not as big of a deal as it is where they use the feet/inches system

If you are at least 5'11 never say you're 6ft, just say 6'1 or "about 6'1". Nobody will ever call you on it, honestly how many times has someone pulled out a tape measure and tried to test you. If you just say 6'0 women will think you're lying.
