It is pretty useful at first, but then it reaches a bell-curve where after a while it starts being a useless distraction. Instead of sitting around all day thinking about masturbating, you're sitting around all day about NOT masturbating.

For me the longest nofap period wasabout three weeks. It wasn't by choice either. I was on a college trip in South America with no privacy.
