Don't be a fatass afraid of the outdoors, just go run and get into s rhythm. When I see overweight people run I actually feel happy for them because unlike 90% of America they are actually doing something to help themselves.

I'm 6'2, 190lbs, and /fit/ and I never judge fat or scrawny people at the gym because THEY'RE THERE. Yes I'm lifting more, running further, whatever but it doesn't matter. They're there, they're trying, and if they keep at it eventually they'll become like me. The ones I judge are the ones who never try. The ones who never leave the he house. The only way for you to escape my judgment is to put on your shoes and go for that run...

I used to do this but had a few close calls with wildlife (and a black person).
Especially scary because the road I go down has this one turn where there is a lot of tree cover and zero street lamps.
Pitch fucking black especially if a car just passed you.
