whitening strips don't clean your teeth. they basically just bleach them.

by that same token, do not leave them on for longer than you're supposed to. i would believe that it fucks up the enamel or something i dunno.

Whitening strips are terrible for the actual health of your teeth. Teeth are meant to have a slight yellow tint to them, believe it or not.

If you want a healthy mouth, eat good food, stop drinking soda, and brush and floss regularly. There is no magic fix like strips.
