Probably live the same as I do now. My parents have offered to buy me a brand new car (about $20k) and I've even refused that because I don't know what I'd use it for, I can already use theirs.

I'm a NEET with more than that and I have nothing that I want to do.
If it's eminently replaceable to you, hookers/blow/et.al are always a safe bet.
If you want to gamble-invest try bitcoin/ethereum.
If you still have normie ambitions, try getting some new clothes/take a course or two/get your teeth whitened professionally
