There's the issue lad, us robots have trouble finding one another in public and socializing because we are this way. If you feel very quiet you must engage the fear directly, it's the only thing that will help solve the issue. It sucks to hear but it's so true my man, I've been in this situation myself but I no longer ever feel anxious around others. It's all about the deconstruction of socializing into biological and logical terms. I don't fear others opinions due to them not impacting me in the physical sense.
