There are adults that never jumped on the internet bandwagon.
They have no conception of what the internet is like.
They live in an internet age but do not partake in the internet.
They watch television.
Weird.
My grandmother is 90. She doesn't want to try to learn how to use a computer. She doesn't even want to have a microwave. Some people just want to remain in the old days.
But I guess you were talking about working age adults?
But even the new normie heavy use of internet is useless
You have access on your house/phone to more human knowledge than has ever been available to any single human, and faster. Yet people use the internet as a shitty version of real life, instead of appreciating its value of endless knowledge
What would Plato have done with internet? Who knows, maybe he would've shitposted in /pol/ instead of writing everything he did

There are people that don't even watch T.V.
Wasn't too many years ago I remember the distinct echo from radio communications. Smart guys skilled in trades. Maybe a bit too old for the internet. Probably had a t.v. but preferred radio.

My father is like that, well my mother too but she uses a computer, although only to read books and to have a chat window to communicate with me and my brother.
20 year old here that doesn't own a computer or use the internet. AmA

I made sure to give my parents and grandparents some basic lessons about computers, back when AOL was a thing.
One of my best decisions ever, when I think about some of the "my mom called me to fix this /g/, wtf is this even?" threads I saw.
Also grannies can be hell on smartphones/pads, I wish I could type that fast.
