Well, this is it robots. I'm finally giving in. Even if this shit doesn't work, it's at least worth a try right?
Does anyone have any experience in rehab for non-drug related problems like major depression and social anxiety? Or anything else you had. Is it nice there? Are all of the other people normies? What should I expect?

Yeah, but it hasn't worked out very well. I know that there will be people to help of course, I just want to know what it's like. Like what you do, what the other people will usually be like, how they treat the patients, etc.

You might be better off getting a therapist. I'd recommend Cognitive Behavorial Therapy, it has helped me so much I went from shut-in borderline schizophrenic NEET to a certified normie.
Get one who has a PHD, MFTs (marriage family therapists) are qualified to help you and they're a waste of time, I learned that the hard way
