Hello guys, just here again for my routine check-up on r9k since I've started my brownpilled life!

Last time, I got some really nice constructive feedback from other people, as well as heartwarming messages describing just how effective brownpilling has been for others! As always, I'll do my best to describe to you guys some of the amazing health benefits that brownpilling, or as the uninitiated may describe it, eating excrement can bring you!

First and foremost, we all know how vital it is to get essential nutrients and vitamins from your diet. Well, I'd like to inform you people that human faeces actually has one of the highest nutrient concentrations of any food on the planet! On top of that, it's worth noting that eating excrement can boost your confidence - that seems like something people who browse this board could really use, am I right? Scientific studies have proven that eating the faeces of confident individuals has a direct positive correlation with your own confidence!

In addition to this, when you're living the supremely fine life of a brownpilled alpha male, you need not purchase expensive silly colognes from disgusting companies such as Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren. No need for such vile scents when your own faeces can provide you with a manly, musky scent. We've all seen how effective marking your territory with excretions has proven to be in the wild - why not mark yourself?

I've taken the liberty of attaching an image of my latest home-made project to this post - this fine delicacy was made with love over the course of only 2 weeks! I'm planning on cooking this one for 2-3 hours at a low simmer in a ceramic pan, with some light seasonings such as olive oil and oregano.

Now that I've proposed all these wonderful ways that consuming your own colon conjurings can improve your life, I have but one thing to ask you fine individuals - why haven't you taken the brownpill yet?
