I deleted Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram as well as not having her as a friend on Facebook.

Snapchat I found was worse. You can see what everyone is doing all the time. Deleting Snapchat and Instagram lifted a large weight off my shoulders and I stopped caring about what others did.
