Late to mid. Only thing that saved the late 00's for me was Trackmania.

Early 2000s, easily. There were some cultural holdovers from the 90s but with better technology. The late 2000s (2007 onward) just seem to blend in with this current shitty, bland decade

Shit started to go down with social media and smartphones gave it the rest.
