Everyone can getc acne if they have a bad enough diet. Eat nothing but oily foods with really high sodium content I Gaurentee by the end of the month you'll start having skin problems.
Acne us an indication of how your digestive system is doing, if you have a poor gut you'll get it.
I used to be addicted to fatty foods like poutine and potatoe chips and had bad cystic acne in my teens. Changing my diet and a cycle of roccutane helped me significantly. I get the odd bump here and there but I'm pretty good now.
None of my parents or grandparents had acne so it didn't make sense for my case to be purely genetic.
