Once a week I make two nice hamburgers as a treat for myself. It is literally the only thing I have to look forward to in my life. Four months ago I would eat four without a problem. Now I can barely manage two and I've lost over twenty pounds with no exercise. Eating fast is retarded and you'd be much happier taking your time with your food.

They eat slowly, lifting the food slowly to their mouths, but shovel massive amount of food down with eat bite, and don't bother to chew it. Watch a fatso eat and you will see what I mean. So they seem to eat slowly but end up finishing the food in a record time.
