OP here. Thanks for the suggestions but I have thought about the hidden camera thing before to use as evidence. I'm nervous about that though because my dad tried using that against my mom when they got divorced and the courts ended up throwing that back in his face by saying he was invading her privacy recording her without her permission. I don't trust the legal system at all.

This was mostly just to vent my nightmarish rage. I'm going to suck it up for the next 3 weeks and if she finds some new reason to stay here after 3 weeks is up I'm going to shoot her and myself.
