Keto diet. No sugar. Must have strong will or impossiburu-desu

No sugar, no soda, no fast food

Just shoving vegetables and water in my mouth constantly

At my heaviest I was probably around 200. Dropped down to 160 but have gone back up to 180.

Plan on only eat one small meal a day to get to my goal of 130lbs. My initial goal was 140lbs but I feel and look fat at 145lbs and don't think 140lbs will be enough.
