How do you maintain eye contact with good looking women?

I'll bite.
1) understand that eye contact is a valuable tool in EVERY conversation.
2) practice with friends/family/anyone - just be aware of the fact you have a hard time with it so you need to focus on eye contact.
3) repeat multiple times
4) eventually it will be second nature
This isn't training for an iron man or studying to be a neuroscientist; it's looking someone in the eye.

Being alone with one of them and already talking.
Seriously about the only situation in which I can really manage to hold gaze.
Strangers? Maybe some eyecontact possible. Two+ girls? Floor.
Mixed company? Wall to wall, with an occasional glance at a face.
Public? Don't make me laugh.
