Basically white people are able to close their eyes to the harsher realities of the world to a far greater extent than Asians. You get the creepy impression that much of what whites do is far much more instinctual and unconscious than gooks, which is why they think we are barbarians.

With gooks, everything is planned, everything is schemed and calculated. A hot guy isn't a hot guy, he has "specs." A cute girl isn't a cute girl, she has measurements.

In the West, employers will do an interview and if some job candidate seems to have his shit together he will still be hired with a somewhat lower GPA. Here in gook, employers will just unconditionally trash every candidate with a GPA under 3.0. Or to give another example say a job needs language skills. A Western employer would likely interview anyone who claimed advanced proficiency regardless of whether they took the exam. The gook employer would just select from within a TOEIC score of over 800.

Another example is in basic social interactions. In the West, you walk into a store and there will be different greetings or maybe none at all. Here, there is one set phrase that is used in 99% of establishments.

They are extremely xenophobic but it's not in the western way. They don't have any grand theory of being actually better than anyone. It's like in Western countries a lot of people would feel bad being shitty to outsiders WITHOUT a well developed idea of white supremacy. Whereas here, it just fits in with the idea of not being what is called a "ho-goo" which means pushover.

Essentially their attitude towards outsiders is the same as that which they have towards each other, one of unrelenting competitiveness and hostility. You're just like any other Kim just worse.
