help me /r9k/ how do i fix my sleep schedule

Get on Ambien or Lunesta for about a month or two. Go to bed at the time time every night. Also wake up at the same time every morning. Don't take naps.

Stay up all night obviously. But keep yourself busy or it's impossible to not just sleep. And by busy I mean leave the House. Go somewhere. Meet someone if possible.

Do it slowly. The more time you have (in days) the better. Start going to bed 30 minutes earlier and so on until you're at the designated sleep you want.

That's my daily routine, but I end up sleeping about 4 hours per day. I fucking hate work
