I imagine a lot of those people were pretty obvious in what they wanted in the end by trying to help her. I honestly think she might be legit afraid of normal people and intimidated by them. Knew a girl a few years ago, not nearly as bad as Ciara, but she was very intimidated by me because according to her friends "I was always so happy and energetic". Her convos were always short and to the point as well and never anything beyond that.

Well her first bf was 18 when she was like 13-14, so obviously some manipulation going on there, Jake was just a pure random chance, which is why she was so heartbroken about it (only has herself to blame though).
