You don't. It will keep consuming you until you die naturally or can't take it anymore and commit suicide. I know this from experience because I too have a void and unfortunately, I'm reaching my limit.

I go running every other day. Currently up to 6.5km in just over 30 minutes. Also gonna add swimming at the local lake when the weather gets warm enough.

I actually only started running again 2 weeks ago. I was too ill for that for several years. Before that I played both football and tennis semi professionally, supplementing it with cardio and strength training.
