Hasn't it officially been spring for a week now? This was my third day going out on a 15 k bike ride.

Some areas in the city and around the island are actually primarily English too.

But yeah not being bilingual means that you're likely to get cucked out of job opportunities over people who do speak both. They're not all that common though.
