What do robots do when dealing with/dwelling in self-disappointment, when it happens in the rare times you actually, seriously hope for something?
Any particular music/film/activity?
I hear people like to slit their wrists, you could try that.

I bike.
Call me a normalfag, but it gives me a sense of freedom (too poor for car). Also you can go on pretty cool nature paths.

I just smoke weed, I soon forget about whatever it was and just want to play vidya or some shit

I do something physical, like go for a walk or ride a bicycle. A nice change of scenery sparks the natural desire for novelty we all share. Then I think, "hey, at least I'm not crippled or a starving African". You can either hold on to bad thoughts and let them affect you, or you can just let it go and say "fuck it". It's a conscious choice and as simple as that. I then think, "you know what, we're only here for a short time, I'm not going to waste my time dwelling in self pity". Haha! Giddy up! Woohoo! Life is too short to take everything so personally and seriously. We're first and foremost free sentient beings.
Did the last two - weed and rethinking things - worked out
Thanks for the feedback
Have a good day
