they study something then surround themselves with people that know less about it, its like the opposite of actually doing your job. if they worked they would be amongst their peers and every once in a while they might mentor and haze the new guy. instead their life consists of hazing people that will eventually become the new guy where they will be hazed by more qualified people. i think its a great job, but its the same old thing about being put in a position of authority and letting it go to your head.
