I simply started caring. When I first went off to college after high school, all I cared about was smoking weed and getting laid. Partying was cool and everything, but soon people began to see that as the most interesting thing about me (how much I could smoke and drink). My bad habits, lack of effort, and irresponsibility are ultimately what led me to drop out and become a wagecuck for the past several years.

Right now I'm taking a lot of intro classes and pre-reqs, so the material and exams are simple. These next few semesters I will actually have to put in some real effort. I don't need to be a genius, I just needed to grow up some.

I was in the same position as you but earlier. Two quarters before the time to declare I realized no fucking way I was gonna get the 3.0 I needed so I just switched to political science. I fucked up my after college earning potential but at least I know I'll be able to make it out with some degree

I feel just like you. My parents forced me to go to college right when I graduated high school even though I had no clue what I wanted to do. Three years in I haven't pursued my degree or career further at all because of lack of interest in college. Now that I finally have decided what I want to do (CS or Computer Engineering) it's too late to change, so I'll have to go back later to attain another degree.

Oh well, at least my education has been free due to scholarships.
