We live in a FLABARCHY society which discriminates against skinny people.

Define "really fat"

It's better to be a little chubby than skinny, but it's better to be a skeleton than a landwhale

Both are bad. But really skinny is more likely to be bad genetics whereas really fat would be both genetics and lack of self-control.
Unless somebody has evidence that being really skinny also has to do with nutrition.

We are talking of course of first world societies.
