I had two friend groups when I was in high school and I pushed out one person from each group I didn't like (and another person who was kind of half-in half-out). They ended up being rejected by the group and had to find a new friendship group, because of my making.

I never liked them, but what I did was wrong. I don't have contact with these people anymore and I want to redeem myself somehow, but there's no real way I can. If I could go back in time I never would have done it.

for about a week now i've felt peculiar. i am incredibly nervous and sedentary and uncoordinated. i'm twitchy. i find it difficult to maintain a thought or continue a train of speech. it feels almost painful to speak to another human and when I do so i am almost entirely sure it feels odd for them as well. the entire world feels different somehow. i feel perpetually anxious and require far more sleep than i used to, waking up 9 hours after i go to sleep still still feeling tired. i've started worrying i'm being poisoned by someone which in turn worries me even more because then i think i'm going crazy. i don't know why i'm writing all of this. can anyone relate?

I mean I don't really have the delusions and its slowly getting better. At its worst though I think I was suffering from major depersonalisation. My head was constantly aching and it felt difficult to speak or really think properly. I remember being in the car with my dad and I felt like I was going crazy because I couldn't form sentences properly. I was also severely depressed, constantly sleep deprived and past mistakes were always at the front if my mind. Its taken around 4 months but I'm feeling better now. The biggest factor I think in my improvement is my sleep. I have consistent and almost reasonable sleep pattern now. As the other anons have said though, you should see a doctor, just to be safe. Your experiences sound a lot different.

I saw Jimmy Carr at my local corner shop and I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be an arsehole and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but he kept cutting me off and going "huh? huh? huh?" and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Sir, you need to pay for those first." At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
