Sound pretty fucked, m8. I got diagnosed with mdd and generalized anxiety disorder 5 years ago and needless to say I haven't really gone anywhere in life. Its hard to find the motivation to do anything.

Did you ever start taking any pills or anything? I'm in therapy, but it isn't doing anything because I'm extremely stubborn so my therapist recommended me to see a psychiatrist and get pills to help ease the process.

I got my weed rec and have been smoking strains that help with my symptoms. I've been slowing down though, it tends to be expensive after a while. I haven't seen a mental health professional since 2014 but at least I don't feel like killing myself anymore. Just a crippling mindset and intense loneliness every now and then.
