The effects you really have to watch out for are the psychological ones. Use it in moderation, not too frequently.

I'm not too knowledgeable on the effects of tobacco (besides cancer, shit teeth, and charred lungs) but I do know weed is A LOT healthier than tobacco, in every way.

Especially if you vape or consume as edibles, then the effects on body are neglibible.

However, since weed is a psychedelic, it's effects on the brain (the high) changes from person to person. YMMV always, even with weed.
