It's a space warfare simulator based entirely on real science, if there aren't equations you can use to plan the building of one it isn't in the game. Most of your gameplay time is going to be spent optimizing components and the ships/drones/missiles they're attached to, in combat you can tell ships where to move and give them basic attack orders but it's all done by the AI. Currently there's a campaign and sandbox, campaign is a series of missions with either a selection of stock ships, or custom ships limited by cost and mass. In sandbox you can place down whatever you want wherever you want with no restrictions. Unfortunately there's no 4x gamemode or anything.

I'm not a mathematician, I actually don't know any calculus and I'm only halfway through trig. Graduated high school early because my state has a test for that and never went through anything above a bit of Algebra II. This is definitely the fun I enjoy, I wish there were games just as complex for naval warfare, planes, tanks, space travel and colonization, etc.
